Forgot a few things. He blows kisses, says "ni ni" for night night and tries to say poop! 💩

11 MONTHS!!!

11 months old. Almost 23lbs. "One Happy Camper" party supplies are coming in 🥳 This month Owen learned to stand on his own for longer when letting go and plays independently for longer in pack n play. Learning at fast pace now! Waves hi and bye, puts arms up, gives high fives, learned to pick his nose 🫠, puts his little finger up for the number one, signs milk, more, all done and please. Still has 8 teeth but has molars starting to poke through. Still waking 1-2 times a night to nurse 😴. He is in 12-18 monthclothes still. Still eats fruit/veggie purée twice a day and big boy foods in between during meals with us. Favorite food for breakfast is still pancakes. New food he loves are coconut rolls and cinnamon puffs. Still says, dada, mama, up, book, ba (for ball), duck/quack, go, and tries to say dog. Learning body parts (he knows head, nose, tongue, belly and feet). He is still nursing about every 4-5 hours. Still has separation anxiety from mommy. Mommy had to start working in the nursery at church because he won't let me leave. Loves brushing his teeth and hair. Almost ONE year old!

10 months old!

 10 months old. 22 lbs. Starting to plan his first birthday “One Happy Camper”. This month Owen learned to crawl and let’s go when standing for a few seconds to walk along toys/furniture. Following direction more, waving, clapping, high five, and arms up. Still has 8 teeth. Still waking 1-2 times a night to nurse 🫠😴. He is in 12-18 month clothes still. Still eats fruit/veggie purée and big boy foods in between. Favorite foods are still pancakes, yogurt melts, cheerios, teething wafers and new this month are strawberries 🍓 Still says, dada, mama and new this month are up, ba (for ball) and quack when asked what a duck says. He is still nursing about every 4-5 hours. BIG TIME separation anxiety when away from mommy. He has gotten used to mommy being home all the time now.  LOVES  to brush his teeth!!

Then and Now (One year ago!)

9 months!

Such a big boy now!

9 months old!!!

9 months old (last week 🥰) He is 21.6 lbs. This month Owen learned to pull and stand up unassisted and go from laying on belly to sitting position. Still has 8 teeth. Still waking 1-2 times a night to nurse 🫠😴. He is in 12-18 months clothes still. He is eating more solids. Favorite foods are pancakes, yogurt melts, cheerios and teething wafers. Owen learned to wave bye bye. He is still nursing about every 4-5 hours. Biggest transition…. MOMMY STAYS AT HOME NOW 🏡. This past month was also his first time at the beach! 🌊

First Vacation 2023!

Happy 4th of July 2023

8 months old!!

8 months old (last week 🥰) this month Owen learned to pull up and stand with assistance, scooting/rocking while in crawling position and sits well unsupported now! He has 8 teeth and now that his teeth are through and he sleeping better during the night. Only waking 1-2 times. He is in 12-18 months clothes. Now that he is on the move more his chunky thighs are slimming down. He is eating more solid foods (had pancakes for the first time while camping). Daddy built a swing set because it's Owens favorite ❤️ His eczema is flaring back up on the back of his right arm. Owen is clapping more on demand, saying mama/dada all the time! His favorite food is the sweet potato teething wafers. We had a rough last month of nursing while teething but now we are back at it good. He is still nursing about every 4-5 hours instead of every 3 since more solid foods are being introduced. He is starting to have separation anxiety and is definitely a Mommy's boy!! 💙
